I agree, it doesn't matter at all, unless you are a US investor, and even then it is improbable it will matter at all.

But the risk to US investors is > 0 in my opinion. If the risk was zero than Bruce is an idiot for not diving in head first.

the market in the united states is greater than the rest of the world combined. if there is no risk to us cannabis investments and operations then we are at a severe disadvantage.
