How would that work (stock trade) if Pfizer not buying all of IPIX? They figure out the total amount Pfizer will pay for K and divide that by Pfizer stock price to see how many Pfizer shares go to IPIX stockholders and those get parceled out based on ownership percentage of each stockholder? Each stockholder would also keep all their current IPIX shares which would now be worth less in share price since they now only consist of the P and B platforms? TIA
