what is the point of Canadian legal cannabis if any American can open up shop without any fear of prosecution? Why doesn't Constellation just make a product and sell it? Why can't CGC get a checking account at RBC? Why is Bruce staying back?

the best argument I have heard is strength in numbers....it won't happen because it would effect a few thousand investors and brokerages. Logical fallacy, first of all they can pick and choose who to file complaints on and what securities to target.....

essentially the argument is Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions wouldn't do it because it would be controversial and unpopular. I like a good joke every now and then but that one is getting old.
