Not that you told me, but that $3.50 appears to be the price daddy first bought VTGN and now Sethie is averaging down for you to the best of his abilities. VTGN was how the paid consultant first met the stock promoter fellow from Scottsdale, wasn't it? By the way, in Indiana where I am from, that average down action might be construed as self-dealing. And paid consultants are not exempt from shareholder suits, but they are not covered by D&O insurance because the D&O carrier views paid stock manipulators are free agents.
