No, but how many years have they been saying that? I'm thinking before Eric can make any type of deal he needs to get funding and he has made no indication, nor have there been any filings, to indicate he has got any funding. IMO, it's just another week. Until we see more buying volume there isn't much belief that the stock is going higher.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
