The authorized was most likely increased for the Utopya reverse merger, hopefully full details in a purchase agreement will prove this. Company already said they weren't looking for toxic financing and best of all the last reported float was 1.1 billion and outstanding was only 1.7 billion, I think this has room to run beyond .005 +
