BoxesOS can also link a college or university's resources with the business community by allowing businesses to train their employees by utilizing courseware development from higher education institutions. BoxesOS' end user suite includes Intranet, Portal, Extranet, Central Repository, Document Management, Workflow Engine, Website Content Management, Learning System Management, Recruiting Assessment Management, Prospect Client Management, Project Management, Scheduler, Single Sign-on and Enterprise Email Solution. The Company offers the user the option of managed hosting offsite. Its Pathways integrates the applications to connect with the ERP or Legacy systems. Pathways provides a library of enterprise connectors and adapters to access multi data sources in a single secure Web platform. Its Content Management Component allows co-workers and remote office workers to manage, organize, archive, and share content and documents. Its Project Management is a collaboration tool designed to manage organization's projects. Manage, organize, archive and share at the office or remotely with its mobile application. Its Website Management is a tool to manage private and public Websites. This application allows Web administrators, content writers, graphic designers and others involved in creating the Website to make changes with little or no programming knowledge. BoxesOS lets administrators grant access to sub administrators to design or create content for the organization's e-mail account. Content Management Component provides an aggregator using Really Simple Syndication (RSS), which is an Extensible Markup Language (XML)-based format for distributing and aggregating Web content (such as news headlines or blogs) within the corporate intranet. Content Management lets the user add RSS feeds to My Web, My School or FrontPage.
The Web Analysis tool provides detailed reports on the interaction and activity of logged-in site visitors. This tool also provides reports on the number of click-throughs and pages visited. Poll Management can collect and report information about individuals or small groups. BoxesOS My Courses is an application for learning management and e-learning. My Courses is a tool for training sessions and self-pace courses. My Courses is a communication tool that can be used by trainers and trainees. My Courses provides a grade book, authoring content tools, drop box, sharable folders, course calendar and other features all designed to provide customization to each company, instructor and student. The Virtual Private Server (VPS) divides a server into multiple servers so that each account functions as an independent server. VPS offers storage space and customization for the user's company's needs. Its Virtual Private Network allows the user to chat, comment and share within a cloud-based intranet. The user can create their company's private network through its Virtual Private Network.
