I have read that 30 billion of branded drugs are coming off patent in the next 12 to 18 months.
There is no way for big pharma to replace that pipe line fast enough without acquisitions of companies who have already who have already completed the discovery work and are in the process of clinical trials.
It is interesting that this company has a 50 plus million dollar LCF and has a current value of under 1 million as well as drugs in clinical trials.
