No, they have not. They are expanding into Walmart, for the first time ever. They are expanding into other countries, for the first time ever. They are expanding into other stores, like Costco and others, already named, but I'm not going down the entire list here. These are all new customers.
If they lost a few from a delay in shipping on a one to one basis, while picking up a 1000 to 1 ratio from places like Walmart, I don't consider that "they lost a lot of customers".
Just the opposite. they hvae a bunch of NEW customers. BIG customers. ANd that bodes WELL for the company. But if you want to stay on the sidelines, that's fine. Do as you wish. I can't agree with your tactic of saying things like they are losing customers though, despite reality saying the opposite, just to try to make it come down to your hoped for buying level.
BOTTOM line is that the TOP line is INCREASING, as they have a net of GAINING customers. Fortunately for us.
