I agree with you also. If approved and bought by a BP suitor, they most defiantly will market it as first line within the SOC/HAART paradigm. It is not the marketing I am worried about, the Suitor will not buy the drug unless they can envision high end use by reticent and analytical physicians. It is all about approval, then the strength of the approval and data to assist in positioning PRO 140 first line. It will still take time. One step at a time of course, let's see the strength of the Combo PE, Mono enrollment (safety for combo) and FDA acceptance...then marketing acceptance.
