The company has lost a lot of customers due to the black Friday orders with charging credit cards and shipping more than 2 weeks later. They could have made things better by letting people know what was going on. And they did not respond to emails either. Too bad.

With $1 million of debt and the preferred conversion overhang this is one I will pass on for now until something changes.
