I own a lot of stocks that the earnings have not been Audited.

Audits are necessary to have to uplist to a Higher ranking Exchange...but not needed for Me to invest in their stock.

The audits were first mentioned to be done at the end of June....and the Auditors had a hard time getting them done within that time Frame.

This is because of the ever increasing Revenues from Quarter to Quarter.

Meanwhile the Yearly 2017 Financial report came out and then had to be audited also.

There is no way this need for Investors to worry about when the Audit will come out.

I am in no hurry...but there are Investors that want to move on and do not share My enthusiasm concerning this really great profitable Pink Sheet Stock....

BTW:
Snakes and Lattes Cafe Subsidiary alone has over 131 Employees and climbing.

Enuf said.
