BUT IF LBHI - AKA the Hedgies succeed in their BRAZEN Attempt to Steal our 'Underlying' PLAN TRUST Assets by "Issuing" 'NEW' "PREFERRED STOCK" in LIUE of our Hybrid CT Preferreds (both uS CTs and the UK ECAPS), then they (LBHI -Hedgie SYNDICATE) will STOP CTs from trading soon after that...they may not even put CTs into OBS with other 'Preferreds/Commons" The POR PLAN Administrator is a HENCHMEN of the Hedgies and he will do their Bidding.. He is NO FRIEND of the CTs... I hope the UK Courts, PWC will not let thie INTRANSIGENCE Pass... Unfortunately the 'Trustees' of US CTs - BNY, US Bank & JPMC seem to have gone AWOL and have abdicated their Fiduciary Duties towards the US CTs...
