Absolutely not! Mr. Niceguy left the building nearing two years ago! VPLM tried to play nice, aapl decided to go the IPR route, they lost, 100% and now forgive and forget??? Sorry, that AIN'T gonna happen!

aapl is not the only game in town, there are many! Patience and slowly roll out the "guns", in the form of increased damages! I think the new damages might open some eyes and offers...

I didn't grow up in an area/era in which you reward and enable bullies! Think I'll go with Mike Tyson on this one: "Everybody's got a plan until the get punched in the mouth!". Punch aapl in the mouth!
