Except real companies sell equity to invest in the business. They don’t sell toxic convertible debt to fund their operations. When the two reverse splits are taken into account the equivalent number of shares the company has issued is about 200 quadrillion shares (using today’s share unit basis) since Cellucci took over. And most of that was to pay off convertible debt.

YET...the current value of the convertible notes is at an ALL TIME HIGH. They have been adding faster than paying it off through conversions.

Fact of the matter is...they have taken about $36 million out of the market...from those who have “invested” and have little to nothing to show for it...other than a stock price that has lost over 99.99% of its value since Tommy Boy took over.

That is why truly “astute” investors don’t come near this or any other otc pink sheet sub penny stock.
