Alpha..was reading your past post. In this post....when you said last buyout was $3.25...and you did not mention it but almost felt you inferred that you got to $4.25 from that reference...

Just making sure we are aligned that $3.25 was about $30M market capitalization. $4.25 now will be $425M...did you factor in splits?
