Can't destroy bcause I don't know enuff about the technicals. Instead, I'll put it this way. There's alot of patents but so far (far as I know) only 2 came into question (?) My question would be simply... How do you know that the technology any or all of the alleged infringers use in their services, is the same (or as similar that is required by law to constitute infringement) as the vplm patents. In other words, is it just "accepted" as infringement because vplm says it (incidently, vplm says "we think") or has it been proven to be the same. It seems to me, given the depth & breadth of the technology, it can't possibly be an easy or intuitive question to answer. Also, thats what the infringement trials are for. But I'm just wanting to know why everyone (almost) accepts it as a fact? I hope you find that a fair question.
