Pedder joined bod of oxigene mar 24, 2016. The company since changed name and under symbol matn at a brief glance looks poor.

My guess is earliest time for likely possibilities of buyout is near phase 3 completion. Pedder is paid good money on bod for advice and guidance, but whether he turns out to be a difference maker, my conclusion is neutrality toward him.

Buyout and partnership talk is an idea to counter worry, but worry has earned a solid place with me. My advice remains: think like a trader
