KeepItRealistic said himself they are not responding to his emails anymore. So no, they are not responsive anymore. They are hiding, and that's a red flag. And they are hiding from someone that supports their efforts. Bad sign.

As you see I read all your posts, throwing my 2 cents from time to time. I know pumper when I see one. KeepItRealistic is not one of them. I can tell he really believed in GRCK, but too invested IMO. He wants to give them good edvice, but they don't care. Even if you get me to believe that Patrick was genuine and cared, at first. I kind of hope I'm wrong here. But have seen it too many times. Good will and great ideas burned by toxic debt.

FYI, I never put all of my eggs into one basket.
