If the banks believe in the Sc projections the project goes through, if they don’t or are unwilling to take a risk on a new market this goes nowhere.

Why wouldn't the banks believe in the scandium projections? An independent expert did an analysis upon which the projections were made,independent qualified professionals involved in drafting the FS accepted these numbers, and apparently the OSC accepts them as well.

It seems to me that banks/potential financing entitities would need a good reason not to accept the analysis. Granted there is a lot of uncertainty in the scandium market and a lot of unknowns. At this point, I think we have another layer of confirmation (from the OSC) that the numbers and the analysis are credible.
