You just don't seem to comprehend how patent monetization process plays out.

No one will give VPLM a single dollar until a final unappealable judgment is handed to them from a district court. That is at minimum about 3 years away, more like 5 years.

Similarly although it is easier to get a patent judgment in europe and elsewhere VPLM has not shown any signs it has even begun that process. Big companies are more likely to just rip off the patent and force the company to sue them in court knowing that is extremely costly and time consuming, especially since VPLM has no streams of income.

From my DD of VPLM they barely have any cash on hand and will probably have to dilute to fund ongoing operations. Moreover, the current market cap of about $500 million is completely unjustifiable. If this was a $50MM market cap I would probably invest more.

I have never shorted a stock in my life and I wish all VPLM holders well, however this is just some courteous DD from an investor. I wish you all well but mark my words this will go down significantly before it crosses $1.
