He's kind of a goofball though in all of his communications. Probably thought he would see the PPS rise to .0008 before the end of the year with the talk. I'm gonna wait though just because he put the cart before the horse doesn't mean the horse can't push it. I just think much of this will come down to New Year actions. He has me in until mid January barring some major development.
