Agree,

An AS action would be a large undertaking at this point. It would benefit him more to actually use the company assets to complete a buy back and raise the value of his preferred. But...You never know down here. We'll know much more as we get going in Jan as much of the legal mumbo jumbo for MJ in CA starts to come to fruition.
