HFIR is forecasting a sizeable drawdown with the next report, even if it is still lower than y/y drawdown levels.... I think anticipation of the big number will lead to higher ngas prices early next week. (Famous last words.)

Summary

We anticipate a storage draw of -177 Bcf.

If the EIA does report a storage report of -177 Bcf, it would be compared with -200 Bcf last year and -125 Bcf for the five-year average.

Fundamental balance was significantly tighter this week propelled higher by heating demand.
