Somebody messing with the price. It's just a dead Part of trading. No one is buying. So, this gives small traders the option to mess around with the price to scare people into selling at lower then what they would. But as soon as buying picks back up they get squashed and wait for another dead moment. SO, don't worry hold tight. Because this stock is super thin.
