As a savvy investor I am sure you understand the position of the longs here. It would be very helpful if you would get answers to the questions raised and why would anyone invest in a company with the background history of Currah/Keevil? Both are suing the company for the past which is why the past is so important. Is it appropriate to pay them for their claims none of which occurred after Dan became on board and yes, that is the issue and affects shareholders today.
