Mr. Richard Shykora, known as Rick, served as the Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of Compass Biotechnologies Inc. Mr. Shykora has been the Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Energy Corporation since September 2008. Mr. Shykora serves as Chief Financial Officer of Frontier Energy Corporation. Mr. Shykora is responsible for defining Frontier Energy's vision and overseeing strategic direction and new placement of management for Frontier Energy. Mr. Shykora is a business consultant specializing in corporate governance, business development and regulatory compliance. He served as Vice President of Corporate Communications of The Automotive Resource Network Holdings, Inc., where he was responsible for corporate governance for Diversity Group International Inc. since August 2007. Since June 2007, he has been Managing Partner of MSK Holdings LLC. Since October 2007, he has been a consultant for the Registrant in matters of business development. From September 2006 to July 2007, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Global Corp. From March 2006 to December 2006, he served as a consultant for business development for Ifinix Corporation. From March 2005 to June 2006, he served as a consultant for corporate governance for AutobadXL Inc. From November 2003 to June 2005, he served as a manager in charge of regulatory compliance for Sure Trace Security Corporation. From January 2003 to September 2003, he was in sales and business development for Walton International Group Inc. He served as Director of Diversity Group International, Inc. He served as a Director of Quartz Ventures Inc. from January 20, 2009 to June 4, 2009. Mr. Shykora was educated at the University of Alberta and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
