Currently their is not much to support a 0.40 prediction.

We received a couple cent boost because the company finally came out and communicated to investors on their blog.

Problem is the blog didn’t really tell us much, and we are already seeing the excitement of the blog fizzling out as we head lower again with the share price.

Until we have an actual contract we will continue to see the share price walked down.
