They will never make any profit because there is no actual business here. Its just an insider enrichment scheme. Get cash from CD's then pay yourself a salary with it and then they convert shares at 50% prices and CD's double their money. Steve Rash should be ashamed of what he does for a living its downright dishonest, immoral and borderline (should be absolutely) criminal.
