Basically and pretty much as it is written in black and white, current shareholders are screwed. Soupman is now a privately held company. Going forward if they decide to go public it would have a new ticker which will have nothing to do with the old company. Face it, we got screwed! I just love the banter here to see who comes up with the best reason as to how anyone holding these shares will end up being rich. If that is the case a major miracle would have to take place. GLTA!
