Not at all a dumb question..

These to MM are part of the diluting or shorting class with a couple of other main players.

These two really aren't that desperate in this session. They are on the bottom of the daily volume and that is a good indicator that the momentum albeit slow, is still in favor of a higher share price.

They will move on.
