Anyone think the BUYER of a half million shares up for sale at .019 believes a material update will happen before next Wednesday?

we are in december it is normal that some sell a part of their shares. they need money for christmas, to travel, ....
Some sell because they have a profit.
Some sell because the "tax loss", to minimize the taxes on their gains,....

The volume is not big so if one person wants to sell his shares it is not significant.
