On OTCmarkets.com the number of Authorized Shares hasn't been updated since November 1, 2017. This used to be updated at the first of every month. Remember all of that stuff went down about the unauthorized increase in the shares at the end of November. Does the transfer agent consider the current number of authorized shares to be 3 Billion or 1.5 billion?
