Ki, the AS (or Authorized Shares) do not change without a vote of the shareholders at an AGM or a SGM (neither of which has occurred). So I can say with 100% accuracy and assurance that that AS has not changed since it was set when they went public.

You likely mean to refer to the I/O (the Issued and Outstanding). That is the sub-set of the AS that has actually been issued from the company's treasury. That is the number that changes. It increases when a company issues a private placement, settles debt with shares or issues shares for services.

In all these cases, if the number of shares is deemed material it must be followed, within 4 days of the issuance, by an SEC filing. Has the company filed with the SEC about issuing shares? No. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourselves FUSZ SEC Filings

So, I cannot understand your, or anyone else here's constant assertion that there is an increase of shares. The facts do not match or support that bizarre assertion.

If I have missed something please point it out. I am always willing to learn more about this business.
