MAR Hyatt upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Citi
Citi analyst Michael Bilerman upgraded Hyatt Hotels (H) to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $82 from $74. The analyst believes asset sales and becoming a more fee-based business should narrow the stock's valuation gap relative to Marriott (MAR) and Hilton (HLT).
