This stock males no sense it's on crack up and down no reasoning, then a huge increase in shares and it stays level all day but before that it's falling 80% like there's some huge insider info getting around. The company looks solid with potential as a successful top cancer biotech in future but their stock is diluted and beaten. They say they want to help get rid of their toxic financing and clear a lot up which they also say every year but they just added 300 million shares to dilute more and dump later so not sure how that factors into fixing up their toxic debt problem
