Most all OTC stocks are scams and the SEC will NOT protect you. They leave that up to the investor to do their own DD. There were many huge red flags with CDII. These are not suitable for "investing", if anything a quick trade in and out is the way to play them.
And never believe anything these lying scamming penny stock "CEO's" say... It's ALL total bullshit.
