It tanked because people want instant gratification. Did people really expect the CEO to have a PR ready to go the instant the phone call was over? Just silly. I soaked up a fair amount on bid.

Why would anyone take the time to go to the SEC to talk about an appeal or damages if they didn't intend to get current? People were just chasing stuff.
