This selling has nothing to do with Kodiak. Rory just put away any chance that Kodiak could short and just wait till Rory came to them cup in hand by cutting MUCH better deals than the 20%b discount Kodiak would get. He got ABOVE MARKET - a PREMIUM to market!!

OTC companies never have that option (at least none without significant sales or huge fungible assets).

This puts an end to any logical argument in favour of Kodiak shorting here.
