Nowhere did I say he succeeded in burning down his Tradin' Post. I said he was charged with attempting to do so (i.e. "ARSON,WILLFUL DAMA[GE] STRUCT[URE]... ARSON, PROPERTY DEFRAUD... CRIMINAL MISCHIEF-MISD."

These crimes took place in Sumter County, FL.. where Slavo's Cherokee Trading Post.
