Not sure what they can do. A share buyback from him? They have no cash. Made a bad deal and have to suffer the consequences. Bryon or Alex could retire some of their shares to boost it up. If they hold prefered why hold commons unless you plan on selling.
I plan on making it down to the shareholder meeting to meet a few of you in this room. I assume I will still have shares then but you never know. If I was the seller I would of let it close up today just to show up on screeners. I assume some people that bought in the last couple weeks also took some profits so he wasn't the only seller today.
