Question regarding conversion of Notes & Warrants

Let's say the stock is currently at $0.20/share.

If Warrants are exercised/purchased at $.11/share:
1. The moment that happens, this should NOT affect share price, correct?
2. Share price would only be affected once those shares are most likely sold at market value (for huge profit), correct?
3. The shares from the warrants would come from remaining Authorized Shares, and then become forever added to the Float, correct?
4. Can the warrants be sold at any time (immediately - depending on volume?) after they've been issued shares?
5. If Notes are converted, would items 1-4 apply just the same?

I'm ignorant with this stuff, and just trying to comprehend.
