That would be awesome!! I doubt we will see a mention of cancellation of R/S but could see a mention of NO INTENTION to do one. Mr. Powell seems sharp and knows for legal reasons its better to leave it written into the filings as can be done but not will be done.

Its in my firm belief we do not see a $CGAC R/S in the near future.
