I will have them look it up, it was on Yahoo under a one of her made aliases. But the press release from the original settlement also states the money was being put in a legal defense fund. What could be more important than defending a patent!!!

But if funds are sparce, Bozo Berman should be able to go to the bank. Opps, not very likely without audited financials. Again, Bozo Berman's fault.

and...why would funds be sparce wehen not one, but 2 - 3.2 million dollar financings were closing months and months and months ago. Did Bozo berman pocket the money? Did he put the money in a legal defense fund? Was the announcement Bullskat?

By the way, how is the Perrigo del going. Wasn't it you that pointed out that DECN was negotiating with the biggest pharmacy chain, in RI. CVS, right. How is that going? You seemed excited about it months and months ago.
