NNVC doesn't have enough money now to even complete the tox and CMC requirements for an IND application, let alone Phase-1.

At least not on top of all the other costs to support what Seymour calls "current operations".

These companies often linger for years once they become insolvent, trading at few cents as dormant shells. I doubt Seymour will want to be present for the next Annual Shareholder meeting though.
