The only thing I see that I'm not sure I agree with is if the conversion price was .001 that would mean note holders are currently selling for a 30-40 percent loss...I don't see that happening...toxic financing is always set up so no matter what happens the note holder always comes out ahead and never loses

Again however...I'm basing everything off my own assumption...you could very well be accurate. I haven't gone through any filings and have no idea when or how much was/is being converted... I just like the chart here :)
