This procedure may be part of their austerity campaign, designed to save their meager resources earmarked for litigation purposes

I thought DECN utilized a legal finance company to prosecute the Johnson lawsuit. I can go back and find the post stating that DECN was using a legal finance firm

Plus, both previous press releases and DECN consultant Barbara Asbell stated that there was legal fund from a prior settlement.

DECN resources should not be sparce when it comes to putting out accurate financial statements. Hmm.

Furthermore, DECN press releases and filings stated that DECN closed not one, but TWO 3.2 million dollar financings???? DECN should be flush with cash. I recall a DECN press release stating something about all the docs being executed and the money being transferred in ten days or so.

If DECN continues to amend its financials based on errors being pointed out by accountants, perhaps DECN should reach out to those individuals that repeatedly find mistakes and hire them. DECN also employs 5 full time employees at DECN that filings show make a cumulative total of $40,000.00. they should assist in reviewing the accounting mistakes in advance.

I believe it had been stated that Bozo Berman paid to send all his full time employees to grad school. If he can afford to do that with shareholder money he should be able to pay to produce accurate financials.
