When GAWK revere splits, it won't give any warning to investors. It will just happen, and it can take a week or so for most common shares to become tradable post-split.
Meanwhile, the big boyz that can trade sooner will be dumping. Current share price needs a 90% or more decline to generate a little more trading.

Current shares are worthless, especially with all those convertibles and the fact that all GAWK does is lose money.
