GOV should push to make their 4.8B shares worth about 20 or 30 by giving the guarantee to just F and F and then waiting two years to let others QUALIFY for it

GOV would have 80B dollars !!!

We would have a PPS of $20

but --- it is too logical - GOV would rather not let those with student debt deduct their interest or ......
