I am not sure why this is so hard for some to grasp.

IF they were to do the exact reverse of what they did with the swap of OLDCO WMAU share to WMIH, the company returns to its exact participation of equity as it was before..............BUT they must BUY the OLDCO assets from MARKER HOLDERS IMHO since IMHO we are the last HEIR to the ESTATE so they make us whole again for the assets left and starts over right back where we all were.

IN my scenario if ya had 100K Q's before the conversion you will again

same with the P and or K's,ownership % stay the same so no foul on the NOL's or anything else..............

BUT then and only then the CO would have bought all right and title and interest to and for any assets left and would roll that into WMIH and it would make one hell of a big co with NO DEBT moving forward with one heck of a lot of cash to work with
